Ray Overvold at his cabin. 
the cabin was on the 
North shore of Great Bear 
Lake, Good Hope Bay, and as
far as we know it still stands 
there today. He was killed in 
an accident about 1952. He
left behind five children, two 
of whom worked for the Metis
Association of the NWT and 
a wife who is now remarried.
