Pop Up Gallery and Events Hosted in Celebration of NWT Arts Week

YELLOWKNIFE (September 22, 2017) – Celebrate Northwest Territories (NWT) Arts Week, September 25-29, by popping into the first-ever NWT Arts Pop Up Gallery and other exciting events.

The week-long Pop Up Gallery, hosted in Yellowknife, will feature a curated selection of local artwork, live demonstrations by NWT artists, and a content-collection area for artists to have their work photographed (by appointment only).

    • Location: Centre Square Mall, Lower Level (across from the library elevators), Yellowknife

The NWT arts and crafts sector helps to preserve culture and tradition, and creates economic opportunities for the arts community and tourism industry. The week-long festivities are hosted by the Departments of Industry, Tourism and Investment and Education, Culture and Employment.
