The Department of Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) provides the residents of the Northwest Territories with access to quality programs, services and support to assist them in making informed and productive choices for themselves and their families with regard to education, training, careers, employment and labour, child development, languages, culture and heritage.

Job Information

The Coordinator, Labour Market Programs is responsible for the development and management of labour market programs and services including training and support materials to facilitate the full implementation of National and Territorial workforce, career and employment development programs throughout the Northwest Territories.

Typically the position is obtained by:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business or a relevant Social Sciences with 3 years' experience in labour market program delivery.

Salary Information

The salary for this position starts at $48.69 per hour (approximately $94,945.50 per annum) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.00.
