Strategic Project Analyst, Child and Family Services
The Department of Health and Social Services works under the direction of the Minister and Deputy Minister, in partnership with the Health and Social Services Authorities, to support the health and wellbeing of people across the NWT through planning, development, evaluation and reporting on program and service delivery.

As the Strategic Project Analyst, Child and Family Services, you will work across Departments and Health and Social Services Authorities to ensure an integrated and collaborative approach to evolve the Child and Family Services system to better meet the needs of children, youth, and families in the Northwest Territories. You will lead medium and large size initiatives for the Child and Family Services System by providing project management, change management, evaluation, and quality improvement expertise. As the successful incumbent, you will be responsible for developing briefing notes, Ministerial requests, decision papers, and communication materials for a wide range of stakeholders.
In order to be successful in this role, we require the successful completion of a degree in Project Management, Social Services, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Promotion, or Community Development with a minimum of four (4) years of related project management experience in health or social services.

The salary range for this position is from $52.22 per hour to $62.37 per hour (approximately $101,829 - $121,622) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.
