If your financial income changes each month, you will be required to submit Form - A Reporting Form and bank statements, pay stubs and/or verification of income each month.
Your Client Services Officer will discuss this with you and determine whether you are eligible to be payrolled. Payrolling means that you will automatically be assessed for Income Assistance for a set amount of time.
If you are required to report monthly or are payrolled, you will be required to submit your utility invoices each month so that these payments can be made on your behalf.
If you require assistance with fuel, wood or pellets on a monthly basis or as needed, you must contact your Client Services Officer to issue an authorization.
