Before Minister McLeod gets into his presentation, I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce you to the Northwest Territories and some of the challenges we face.
Premier Bob McLeod and his cabinet colleagues are meeting with Federal Ministers, Members of Parliament and Parliamentary Standing Committees this week to discuss three priorities of the Northwest Territories in relation to the Pan-Canadian Framework on Climate Change.
