Good morning and thank you, Premier Cochrane. I would like to begin with a brief update on the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in the Northwest Territories.
Mr. Speaker, this Legislative Assembly has identified increasing the number and variety of culturally-respectful, community based mental health and addictions programs, including aftercare, as one of its priorities.
