This species is known from 4 locality records in the Northwest Territories: Aklavik, Norman Wells, Wrigley, and Fort Liard (all localities inferred from distribution map (fig. 2408) in Griffiths (2001)). In addition, although there is little and imprecise information on this species’ biology, this species has been collected in multiple different habitats: cities, forests, spruce bogs, marshes, grasslands, mountain meadows, low arctic tundra, and floodplain communities in the prairie zone (Griffiths 2001). This species is therefore likely to be found more prevalently throughout the territory. As such, a wide range was selected: 6- >300.
