Distribution

Distribution

Siberian-Nearctic (Duperre 2013). Canadian high-arctic archipelago and probably northern Siberia (Saaristo & Koponeta 1998). In the NWT, the species has only been confirmed from a single site in Norman Wells (Duperre 2013).

Number of Occurrences

In the NWT, the species has only been confirmed from one record in Norman Wells (two males, one female; 1949) (Duperre 2013). Duperre (2013) and Saaristo & Koponen (1998) both attribute records from Cockburn Point (1914) and Ellesmere Island to the NWT; these are in error and should be considered Nunavut records.
