Yukon and western NWT; northeast Alaska, although distribution in the NWT is supported by only one record of the species (Dondale et al. 2003).

Number of Occurrences

Dondale et al. (2003) notes only one record of this species in the NWT, from the Mackenzie River delta area (Dondale et al. 2003). This record may also be reflected on GBIF and iNaturalist, with supporting photographs (the observation was loaded in 2020, but dates to 1981). Notes suggest the identification is tentative, however, given the difficulty of identifying this species with few reference specimens to compare against (GBIF).
