The specimen M Oldham tentatively identified (R2019001) as Leymus cinereus from NWT was revised to L. angustus (likely also new to NWT) by Peter W. Ball and Jeffrey M. Saarela (independently). It is on iNaturalist (https://inaturalist.ca/observations/52186109) though only field photos; specimen at NHIC and additional photos to the iNat observation. Duplicate at BABY.
