Only one occurrence recorded in the NWT. Species reaches its northern limit at Fort Smith. This species extends further north than any other North American katydid. Collections at Fort Smith were made between 14 July and 21 August 1950. Moderately common. More occurrences likely. Reference: Catling, P. M. 2008.
