Habitat
Inhabits a wide range of deciduous forests, open habitats like pastures, forest edges, bogs and fields (Francouer 1997). Nests in moist humid soil and moss mounds (Ellison et al. 2012). There is widespread potential habitat, nest sites and foraging opportunities within its known range in Canada.
