Number of Occurrences

There are only 6 records of this species from NT in examined Canadian collection databases; all are in CMN and were collected between 1944 and 1974 (Lepitzki 2013).Two of the known records are from the same site (Lake Kakisa) and all but the most recent are at least 70 years old. Confirmed in Gameti (photo of recent dead shells: Grant Pryznyk and Judy Snortland, WRRB, 5 May 2015)
