A small population is living outside in Fort Smith (photo on iNaturalist, 2019). In Fort Providence, a lot of black rabbits running around town; they live near the fire hall, starting around 2016 or 2017; 3 black rabbits, one or two must have been female, they seem to have been let go by someone (D. Beaulieu email 22Jan2020).
