Longevity

one generation per year (two generations per year in the south) (B058); It has 2 or 3 generations in southern Ontario, but we always assumed only one in the north. But specimen #124 was taken in 2004 at Willow Lake on August 8. It was fresh, and the markings on its underside veins are much lighter and thinner, typical of the second generation; almost certainly a second generation specimen. (HAV1)
