Confirmed nests at Tulita (fledglings 1997) and Bernier Lake (nesting 1994); occasionally sightings from Nahanni and Yellowknife area (LA20); Inuvik (2012), Norman Wells, Nahanni NPR, Ft Simpson, Ft Prov, Entreprise, Yellowknife (almost every spring) (W113) Nesting occurences are rare, remoteness of breeding area (Mack Mtn)
