CNRL along with Zen Environmental have visited the spill site and deployed a sampling project on the site to determine impact. The visible material was excavated and is being stored for winter removal. Samples were taken at the site and all results came back well below Alberta Tier 1 criteria for industrial use. Department of Lands will be attending site in spring to take some confirmatory samples. I have attached the sample results and documentation to supporting documents.
