This is the final spill report update from Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) who is the lead agency and recommends file closure for Spill # 2019-184 as per the NT/NU spill working agreement. 1. The spill has been terminated and contained, no further spillage is possible, and no further risks are posed to the environment and/or human health and safety; 2. The spill has been cleaned up to accepted environmental/regulatory standards and the spilled products and contaminated materials have been appropriately disposed; 3. The impacted environment has been restored to a condition acceptable to ECCC who is the lead agency for this file.
