Hello, As per the spills working group agreement, CIRNAC should be listed as the lead agency for Spill Reports 2019-244 & 2019-245. The Pangnirtung Waste Water Treatment and the leaking drums forms part of the Solid Waste Facility which is also authorized by the same water licence. 3BM-PAN18-28. Although the licensee hasn’t listed them in the spill report, they do have a water licence.
