corrected Geolocation to Fort Smith location is not accurate as it is unknown at this time. Location was not included in the original upload to the spills database. large amounts of information missing from the database. Assigned Lead to ENR while the details of the spill are being identified. Notified Albert Bourque of the spill who will follow up with the spill reporter.

He has changed all 12 Pressure release Valves and tightened the fire valve. He will fax his report when he gets back to Edmonton next week

This spill happened over time starting in April he thinks and it was just noticed today. The quanity is 275 LBS
