Officer McDonald went to the spill site on April 15, 2021 at 13:00, took photos and noticed large amounts of soda ash in certain areas. Officer McDonald to follow up with Hugo Papke.

Officer McDonald contacted Hugo Pabke on April 15, 2021 to address the spill reporting and that the spills need to be reported asap. It is recommended that they call the spill line to report the spill so ENR is notified and can go to the scene prior to clean up.
