A follow-up report was provided the Inspector on December 7th, 2021 showing a revised volume of seepage water and efforts to mitigate future spills. On July 13th, 2022 an inspection of the area seemed to show seepage water was not reporting to the adjacent tundra. A storm event on July 12th, 2022 caused water to pool at the former seep site and the water was being pumped back over the berm into Collection Pond 4. The area will continue to be monitored and will be inspection during the Winter 2022-23.
