Spill report updated by ECCC NEEC LTa 2022/08/11 21:35 CASE CLOSED: ER has contacted the reporting party, vessel was a small pleasure craft with two 25L tanks of gasoline onboard. The vessel was damaged as it touched bottom at low tide, and discharged 50 liters. Some of the sheen was recovered using adsorbent pads shortly after the initial discharge. The remaining pollutant is no longer visible or recoverable due to evaporation and spreading with the falling tide.
