Inspector Lila VOUDRACH completed an inspection of spill 2023190 on August 1, 2023. She gave verbal orders to: - remove clean fill from the spill site - remove remaining contaminated soil from spill site - transfer all contaminated soil from the garbage bags into proper spill containers and store in accordance with the EPA and guidelines - contact Inspector VOUDRACH for a follow up inspection once the site has been cleaned up Inspector VOUDRACH followed up with an email on August 22, 2023 reiterating the verbal orders that she had given on August 1, 2023.
