ECCC is closing the spill file: -The spill has been terminated and contained -The spill has been cleaned up to acceptable environmental/regulatory standards and the spilled products/contaminated materials have been appropriately disposed. -The impacted environment has been restored to a condition acceptable to Environment and Climate Change Canada who is the lead agency for this file.
