On March 04, 2024 Government of the Northwest Territories Environment and Climate Change Lands Inspectors Jozef Carnogursky and Bradley Voudrach inspected the spill at KM 92 along the ice-road constructed by Northwind and WSP and observed that the spill was cleaned up and contained off-site to be disposed of at an approved facility. Mr. Todd Bonin who was in charge at the site conducted the inspection on behalf of WSP with the Lands Inspectors.
