Oct 09 2024 Trina Almond, Deputy Mining Recorder for Mining Recorder’s Office, Mineral and Petroleum Resources Division responded to Officer McDonald's email stating . I don’t see any old NWT tenure on the map. The only historical tenure I see is marked on the map to the west. The area in question is both within Mountain Dene Land surface/subsurface protected area and the Sahtu surface lands and we don’t issue tenure there.
