As per the NT/NU spills working group agreement, the lead agency for a fuel spill on Commissioners lands is to be GNWT ECC. Not ECCC. Lead agency being transferred from ECCC to GNWT ECC. ECCC will provide support for ECC if needed and will follow-up with the RP as per the Storage Tank Systems Regulations (STSR).
