EO LORENZ contacted the responsible party regarding this release. The release was a result of the fire suppression system activating due to possible fire conditions. Technicians visited the site and determined the cause was likely a faulty fan motor. the system was repaired and new FM-200 cylinders were installed. A follow-up report was submitted containing all the required information. As it was a release to the atmosphere the product was unable to be recovered.
