Description:
This report by Golder Associates Ltd. presents the results of an assessment of the current and proposed solid waste management systems in the NWT, including practical recommendations for landfill operations, waste diversion and considerations for the development of an appropriate waste management strategy that could be implemented for the NWT, to provide an up-to-date and consistent approach to future waste management decisions and planning in the territory.
The main body of this report provides a description of the engagement methods used, and summarizes the feedback gathered. Detailed comments and other feedback can be found in the Appendices.
