Applications for the Adam Yeadon Memorial Scholarship are now being accepted. 

The Adam Yeadon Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students in the Northwest Territories (NWT) pursuing full-time post-secondary studies in a diploma, degree, or other approved training program in forestry or wildland fire management to encourage them to continue their studies in these fields.

This scholarship was established in 2024 following the death of Adam Yeadon in the line of duty during the 2023 wildfire season.

In memory of Mr. Yeadon, two scholarships of $5,000 each will be awarded to students pursuing post-secondary studies in the field of forest management.

How to apply?
Please submit your completed scholarship application to the Forest Management Division by September 30, 2025, by mail or email.
