- This includes a one-year term position for a Community Health Nurse as well a Relief Community Health Nurse at our Correctional Centre in Yellowknife (which has as capacity of 148 clients).

Labour Market Supplement
In Yellowknife, the successful incumbent will receive a $10,000 supplement upon hire and an additional $10,000 supplement after completion of 12 months of continuous employment contingent on remaining employed in an eligible position for a further 12 months. This is a taxable benefit and will be subject to applicable deductions.
In Fort Smith and Inuvik, the successful incumbent will receive a $11,000 supplement upon hire and an additional $11,000 supplement after completion of 12 months of continuous employment contingent on remaining employed in an eligible position for a further 12 months. This is a taxable benefit and will be subject to applicable deductions.
Across remote NWT communities, the successful incumbent will receive a $12,000 supplement upon hire and an additional $12,000 supplement after completion of 12 months of continuous employment contingent on remaining employed in an eligible position for a further 12 months. This is a taxable benefit and will be subject to applicable deductions.

Travel
The incumbent in this position will be required to travel by small plane to remote settlements.
