We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Midwives to join our workforce through a variety of contracts that work for YOU!

Current opportunities available:
We are looking for Registered Midwives to fill short and long-term contracts providing midwifery care, including birthing services in several communities across the Northwest Territories.
Contracts are variable in length, an initial contract of at least one month supports a high quality orientation to midwifery services.

Competitive Compensation
Registered Midwives earn a salary range of:
- $121,641. - $145,295./year or $62.38 - $74.51
In addition to the above, Registered Midwives are eligible for:
- On Call pay, flexible working hours based on community needs, overtime banked as lieu-time earned or paid out
- Northern Living Allowance: Community dependent, this can range from $1.90 - $19.02/hour
Convenience & Flexibility
We are looking to hire Registered Midwives through casual contracts ranging from 5 days to up to 6 months. Your travel days (one day pay each way), flights in and out of the community are covered; as well as accommodations for up to 10 days. Staff accommodations for stays longer than 10 days may be available for a small fee.
