Job Information
Prosper NWT is looking for an AI and Digital Transformation Manager to join our team in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Someone who is as passionate about northern entrepreneurs as they are about emerging technology. In this role, you will build the data systems and AI tools that strengthen how we support our clients then turn that expertise outward, developing the roadmaps, training programs, and advisory services that help NWT entrepreneurs harness AI for their own success. Knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Understanding of Prosper NWT's goals, objectives, and the socio-economic, business, and political environment in which its programs and services operate.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business environments, including AI readiness assessment and roadmap development.
- Experience in automating financial and reporting processes, including dashboard development and loan reconciliation.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff and clients in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI adoption.
Typically attained by.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology systems, or related field and three years of relevant experience.
Equivalencies.
A two-year diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of directly relevant experience must include demonstrated expertise in AI implementation, data science, and digital transformation leadership, or
A one-year certificate in a related field, plus 7 years of directly relevant experience must include demonstrated expertise in AI implementation, data science, and digital transformation leadership.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is from $56.62 per hour to $71.22 per hour (approximately $116,259 - $138,879.) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.
