Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and support clients of all ages to improve independence and daily functioning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and environmental modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, schools, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate clients, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor client progress.
- Support program development, quality improvement, and community outreach initiatives.
- Promote health, wellness, and injury prevention through education and advocacy.
Key Qualifications:
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university; AND
- A Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience; three years considered an asset
Additional Requirements:
- Eligibility for registration with a provincial Occupational Therapy licensing body
- Successful completion of the CAOT national certification examination

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is from $54.44 per hour to $65.03per hour (approximately $106,158 - $126,809.) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $7,100.
