Spill was obligated by water license to submit a spill report for all spills regardless of quantity and size. 5 Litres of petroleum products coming from a pipe leak on a vehicle. Does not exceed the reportable threshold limits of Appendix A of the Northwest Territories-Nunavut Spills Working Group Agreement. Therefore I recommend closure of this spill report.
