While inspecting the area of the spill there did not appear to be residual contamination or ongoing contamination, the inspector is satisfied with the remediation of this spill. There does not appear to be any contradictions to relevant legislation that the inspector is appointed under, due to the findings on site and/or the spill follow up report the inspector is changing the spill to closed- remediated.
