February 26th,2019 -Spill Reported by the complainant. ENR Officer drove to Colville Lake with the patrol truck via winter road. I arrived at the spill sight about 16:28. I could smell a strong odour of sewage in the area. I checked underneath the residence and there is frozen sewage spill all underneath the building. I knocked on the residence door of the occupant to talk toFrank Beyonni but no answer. I took photos of the area and measured the area. The road which raw sewage is being seeped into is a public road. February 27th, 2019; 09:15 - I faxed a spill report to the SPILL LINE 09:58- I called the Water Resource Officer Erin Goose, no answer. 10:40- I spoke to Chief Wilbert Kochon and he will get his municipal workers to clean up sewage spill on public road. 10:59- I received a call from Acting Chief Health Officer Colin Merz, he will speak to Housing in Norman Wells.
