Spill Reported by the complainant at the nurses residence. Harvey Pierrot (DPW) received a call from his employee Andy Carpenter. One of the nurses complained to Andy, they can smell fuel outside, so Andy checked the tank and noticed a cracked line to the fuel tank, as he further checked the building he noticed a sewage spill underneath the building. 11:02- ENR Officer Tatchinron checked the spill site. There is a strong odour of fuel in the area, I noticed the cracked line from the tank, no spill occurring as the valves were shut. There is alot of snow in the area that is contaminated. I checked underneath the building where sewage pipes are and it appears this was ongoing for sometime. Photos were taken. Harvey Pierrot -Manager of DPW did a spill report. File will remain open.
