March 11, 2021-Officer McDonald took photo's at Monique Cotchilly's residence. Fuel tank is leaking from fitting at the tank, a white bucket is underneath the pipe to catch the dripping(approx. 1" of fuel inside. Drip is every 2-3 seconds. Officer McDonald spoke to Vince Jones residence-he cannot tighten the fitting anymore or it will crack, faulty tank, Mr. Jones said he spoke to John Kivi. Tank needs to be replaced. Officer McDonald advised Mr. Jones that an expert who looked at the photo's advised its not plumbed correctly Mr. Jones advised the Rudolph Kochon helps him install piping Mr. Jones or Mr. Kochon are not certified to plumb fuel tanks. Officer McDonald will contact Mr. Kivi about the fuel tank. Officer McDonald advised Officer Tatchinron and Officer Shae of the situation Officer McDonald spoke to Heather Bourassa about the Fuel tank needs to be emptied when the tank gets changed out Mrs. Cotchilly will be keeping her heater on until notified.
