Attached. • What is the reason this was not reported until July 7th? This was immediately the plug failure, and related. Also, it was a site sample result at the time, not lab. I realize now it should have been reported at the time. From previous conversations, I am aware that no acute lethality samples were taken but I would still like to reiterate the importance of taking acute lethality samples when incidents of this nature occur as it is the best way of proving compliance with the Fisheries Act and of showing diligence on behalf of the company. Agreed. We will instruct water techs to take a 3-5 sample for toxicity testing if site readings exceed EQC.
