The attached follow up report refers to an incident which occurred at the Agnico Eagle Mine’s Itivia site reported on September 10, 2021. This report is being issued as required by: • the Nunavut Water Board 2AM-MEL1631 Water License, part H, item 8c. • subsections 38(7) of the Fisheries Act.
