Water Resource Officer, Wendy Bidwell is closing this spill. Ponds were tested and no deleterious substances were detected in sample results. Vegetation proximate to release/seepage overflow area looks healthy. This was reported as a spill as it was an unauthorized release. Ponds are to be tested and results reviewed and approved by an Inspector prior to any decant/release. The engineered notch in the east retention pond releases water when there is no freeboard (available space).
