Ops MANAGER DIDHAM changed the lead agency from ECCC to CIRNAC as this NWSO is a Long Range Radar that has a Federal Water Licence. OPS MANAGER DIDHAM consulted with CIRNAC WRO MONTEITH who has agreed to change the lead agency to CIRNAC.
