The Department of Health and Social Services is hosting a community update and information session about the new Long Term Care Facility to be built in Hay River.

The overall layout and functions of the facility have been resolved, while details of construction and finishes are currently being developed by the design team. 

Community members are invited to attend the information session to learn more about:

• the project timeline,
• the location of the new facility,
• the facility’s layout and design,
• services planned for the facility; and
• any other questions the public may have about the project.
