The Community Wildfire Resilience Contributions program is open for applications for fiscal year 2026/2027.
A maximum of $300,000 per applicant is available annually to implement FireSmart projects which will advance the seven FireSmart disciplines.
A total of $1.6 million is available to support the program in 2026/27.
Applications are open until the program is fully-subscribed. Applicants are encouraged to apply as early in the year as possible to ensure appropriate time to complete projects within the fiscal year.
