The Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre (PWNHC) is pleased to announce a new photography exhibit celebrating northern food.

Delicious! features archival photographs from the NWT Archive spanning over 80 years and demonstrates the many ways that northerners gather, prepare and enjoy many types of food.

Join us at the opening of this new exhibit:

Date: Thursday, January 26, 2023

Time: 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Location: Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre Mezzanine Gallery and Café

Participants can enjoy refreshments, bannock, and fish provided by Yellowknives Dene harvesters, and listen to speeches about the exhibit.

Join us on Thursdays to sample different delicious country foods:

Time: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Location: Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre Café

These events are free of charge. Registration is not required.

Delicious! is on display until May 2023 and can be viewed Tuesdays to Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
