The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is seeking feedback on French language communications and services through an online survey. Feedback provided as part of the Francophone Community Satisfaction Survey plays an important role in improving the delivery and quality of services to the public.

The survey, which closes on June 9, 2024, takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.

This is the fourth Francophone Community Satisfaction Survey and is one of the ways that the GNWT collects feedback on French language communications and services. The last survey was conducted in 2022.
