The Government of Northwest Territories (GNWT) will be gathering feedback as part of a compliance audit of French language communications and services in primary health care. The audit will focus on the experiences of patients, parents and caregivers who accessed, or attempted to access, primary care services in French between January 1 and December 31, 2024. Questions will be focused on:
- active offer of services in French;
- effectiveness of delivery of services in French; and
- overall client experience.
PRA Inc., an independent research firm, will conduct approximately 50 interviews (virtually or by phone) in April 2025 with residents who sought primary care services in French in 2024. Primary care services can include scheduled appointments, same-day appointments and appointment bookings.
The deadline to register is April 20, 2025.
